We know you value quality, and our priority is ensuring your experience is impeccable from the moment you receive your piece until you take it with you on your next adventure. To ensure transparency in our process, we share our purchase and returns policy with you below.

Return and Exchange Policy

At LaidBack™, we are committed to the exceptional quality of every piece that reaches your hands. Given the exclusive nature of our collections and our manufacturing standards, all sales made through our online store or in person are final.

Manufacturing Defects

The only exception to our final sale policy applies to products that present manufacturing defects, whether in the textile, the stitching, or the ink printing. If you receive an item with any defect, we will be happy to assist you.

• Claim Window: You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to notify us of any manufacturing defect.
• Process: To manage a claim, please email us at laidbackpr@gmail.com including clear photos of the defect and your order number or receipt.
• Shipping Costs: In cases of defective products validated by our team, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of the item. Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the corresponding replacement.

Important Notes

To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following in mind:

• Product Condition for Claims: Products returned due to manufacturing defects must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept claims for products that show clear signs of misuse or damage occurring after delivery.
• Package Verification: LaidBack™ is not responsible for damages occurring during handling by the postal or courier service once the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• Natural Variations: Please note that due to the nature of our prints and recycled materials, there may be minimal variations in tone. These are part of the unique character of each towel and are not considered manufacturing defects.
